Products are formulated, manufactured and bottled in the United States and shipped to U.S. customers from our fulfillment center in Newark, New Jersey. The Nordlume™ brand and online store are operated by 0TO10M OÜ from Tallinn, Estonia.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (the "Terms") govern the sale of all products offered by Nordlume OÜ (the "Seller") through the website www.nordlume.com (the "Site") to any natural person acting as a consumer (the "Customer"). By placing an order, the Customer accepts the Terms in full.

The Seller markets cosmetic products formulated, manufactured and packaged in the United States in FDA-registered, cGMP-compliant facilities, and additionally compliant with EU Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 on cosmetic products for safety. Photographs are illustrative; minor variations in shade or packaging may occur.

Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD), inclusive of all applicable taxes. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time; orders are billed at the price displayed at the time of order confirmation.

The Customer places an order by selecting products, providing shipping details, and validating payment. Order confirmation is sent by email and constitutes formation of the contract. The Seller reserves the right to refuse any order in case of suspected fraud, abnormal quantities, or pre-existing dispute.

Payment is made online by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, or PayPal. Payments are processed via PCI-DSS-compliant providers; the Seller does not store card data. Goods remain the property of the Seller until full payment is received.

Orders are shipped to U.S. addresses only, from our fulfillment center in Newark, New Jersey. Standard shipping is delivered in 5–7 business days via USPS Ground Advantage; Express in 2–3 business days via UPS; Overnight via FedEx Priority. Free standard shipping is offered on orders over $50. Risk transfers to the Customer upon delivery.

Pursuant to the Estonian Law of Obligations Act and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the Customer has a right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the goods, exercisable without justification. To exercise this right, the Customer must inform care@nordlume.com. Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging. Refund is issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods, by the original payment method.

In addition to the legal right of withdrawal, Nordlume offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee: if the Customer is not satisfied with the product, even partially used, a full refund will be issued upon request to care@nordlume.com.

The Customer benefits from the legal warranty of conformity (articles 217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, where applicable) and the warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code or equivalent national legislation).

The Seller's liability is limited to the price of the products purchased. The Seller cannot be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of the products, force majeure, or actions of third parties.

Personal data collected is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and is used solely for order fulfillment, customer service, and (with consent) marketing. The Customer may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, and portability by writing to privacy@nordlume.com.

All elements of the Site (texts, photographs, brand, logos) are the exclusive property of Nordlume OÜ and protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction without prior written authorization is prohibited.

These Terms are governed by Estonian law. In case of dispute, the Customer may resort to the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Failing amicable resolution, the courts of Tallinn shall have jurisdiction.
